This page details the admissions procedures when your child is either starting school or transferring schools.
Choosing a school for your child is an extremely important decision and at PCFS, we recognise this. We are happy to show prospective parents around our school by prearranged appointment with the Head Teacher (please contact the school office in the first instance).
There is usually an online portal system for parents to apply for their school place and details of this will be published nearer the time.
Should you wish to transfer your child to our school then please arrange to discuss this with our Head Teacher. Information on in term transfers can be found on the weblink below on NCC’s website.

Nursery Fees
If you do not receive free childcare hours or choose to pay for Nursery hours the fee rates are below. The fees are added to MCAS at the beginning of each term and can be paid via the app or by using childcare vouchers. If paying by voucher please send a screenshot to the office via [email protected] once you have made the payment so that we can allocate the funds to your account. Please ensure that fees are cleared at the end of each term in order to secure your additional hours for the following term.

Little Castle – 2 year old provision
AM session. 08.50 am – 11.50 am – £18.00
PM session. 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm – £18.00
All day – £36.00
Nursery 3 & 4 year old provision
AM session. 08.50 am – 11.50 am – £16.00
PM session. 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm – £16.00
All day – £32.00
School meals are available at an additional charge of £2.70 per day and milk can be ordered via Cool Milk. Fruit is provided as a snack.
